At Baby Bling we
consider ourselves a Mom & Mom Shop;
owned and operated by women since 2005.
Baby Bling was founded
by a mother and daughter, Debbie Zenger and Summer Zenger Harris.
In the early days they did it all, from
peddling their products around to local boutiques and returning to fill each
order by hand, making every headband themselves. Demand quickly grew and by the end of 2006
they had acquired 2 sales reps and hired on a handful of friends to help them sew.
In 2011 Debbie
decided to retire. Summer then joined
forces with her high-school best friend,
Cyndi Goodall Lowry, and
the two have been on the roller-coaster of entrepreneurship ever since.
Each raising 4
children of their own, sometimes being a halfway decent wife,
occasionally
talking about things unrelated to work and on a relentless search for the best
eggs benedict on the planet; they wouldn’t have it any other way!
Baby Bling continues
in the tradition of handmade quality by contracting the services of 40 local
women to make each and every headband.
Our headbands are manufactured in the USA and our Classic headband is
still sewn, by hand, the same way it was done day one. We pride ourselves in keeping our manufacturing
local and in helping the women in our community. All
of our products are handmade by creative, talented people who share our vision
of combining comfort, style and quality into beautiful accessories for
beautiful babies.
